We had a very accomplished day today. We planted four rows of potatoes! Some red ones and white ones. We are potato eating fools, so we went gung-ho this season, but why not right? We also planted yellow and red onions (one whole row). I have good pictures of it, but you’re going to have to wait!

You’ll be proud – we planted some herbs in a little herb garden yesterday and are planning our bigger garden as we speak. Eddie planted two kinds of basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme, cilantro and chives. They reside in a little stand by our back door.
Now to plan the big garden for the side of the house. It is still frosty here at night so we haven’t bought anything yet, but we’re hoping for some squash, garlic, sweet potatoes, onions, tomatoes…not sure what else. Any tips?
